We only use the most natural techniques available in aquaculture. We do not use antibiotics, growth hormones, or any chemical components.At Pickett's we hatch our own eggs and raise them to market size all in gravity fed hatchery and runs. We monitor our water conditions to ensure purity and cleanliness.When matured we hand grade our trout by size, releasing some into our acre fishing lake and process others for our many restaurant and market customers.
